You need at least a recent Android TV and a Dolby Atmos compatible soundbar (there’s heaps to choose from these days). Install the VLC app (free) from the Play store onto your TV. Then save the Severed Surround System ATMOS files onto a USB stick & plug it into the TV. Play the audio files back through VLC. VLC will decode & send the Atmos tracks to your soundbar. ONLY works with VLC currently to my knowledge. Favorite track: Petrol BINAURAL.
